Riopele leading for the third consecutive year

back to news

Riopele has just been distinguished, for the third consecutive year, by the Randstad Employer Brand Research as the most attractive textile company to work for in Portugal

This is an independent study that analyses the perception of the active population, which in Portugal involved approximately 5,000 respondents, evaluating brand recognition and how attractive they are perceived as workplaces.

The same study highlights that financial health, reputation, job stability, career progression, and work environment are the criteria most valued by Portuguese workers.

In the fashion industry sector, also on the podium, are Gabor (Germany) and Ecco (Denmark), two footwear companies with foreign capital.

Claudia Queirós, Head of Human Resources at Riopele, recalls that ‘this is the company's third consecutive distinction’. She continued, stating that ‘this distinction reveals that Riopele, even during times of high recruitment demands, remains an attractive company to work for. It is recognised as a solid, innovative company that invests in the development of its people’.
