In a collaborative effort, Riopele and Calvelex joined the most important and recognized national fashion event, assuming the creation and production of the outfits of the ModaLisboa hosts and hostesses, which took place between March 7 and 10, at Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, in Lisbon.
The outfits, which were produced by Calvelex, one of the largest national clothing companies and a reference on the international scene, were made with Riopele fabric, which incorporates the eco concept, from the selection of raw materials to the design of the fabric and finishing processes, in line with the theme of this edition of ModaLisboa, which featured several initiatives related to sustainability.
With the mission of promoting the best of Portuguese Fashion to the world, the 52nd edition of ModaLisboa received about 20,000 guests, including the press, buyers, the textile industry and representatives from artistic, cultural and business areas, who attended the presentation of 31 collections by national fashion designers for the next autumn-winter 19/20.
