On May 14, 2016, in the Casa das Artes, the Lusíada University - North, Vila Nova de Famalicão campus, awarded the silver medal to Riopele to commemorate twenty years of collaboration between our company and the university.
The ceremony was attended by Bernardino Carneiro, Director, who was presented the award by Alfonso D'Oliveira Martins, Lusíada University Rector.
In addition to Riopele, other companies were also awarded the silver medal. The awarding of medals was part of the the Solemn Session Celebrating the Day of the Lusíada University - North, Vila Nova de Famalicão Campus. As part of the same celebrations, Awards, Courses and Letters were also handed out to students and there was also performances by university student musical groups.
Riopele has been distinguished by various institutions over the past number of years, a direct result of both our company's performance and our commitment to social responsibility.
