First time at Riopele

A desire that started early, still in school, was nurtured over time and came to take shape with a visit to Riopele, one of the oldest Portuguese textile companies, founded in 1927, and an international reference in the creation and production of fabrics for fashion and clothing collections.

This is the story of two young women. One day, two young women dreamed of being designers, designing their collections, and influencing and conquering the world. But one day at a time.

Discovering new sustainable practices at all levels of the business, from the R&D areas, through Spinning, Dyeing, Weaving and Finishing, they found quality fabrics developed from natural, synthetic, artificial and recycled fibres.

What would otherwise have been just a study visit changed the lives of these two young women... Forever.
