What is it like to work at Riopele?

Working at Riopele is a mix of emotions.
It is a company that has evolved from a traditional manufacturing unit into a major player in the textile industry.

If working in logistics were a sport, which would it be?
Logistics is similar to rugby, as it requires a combination of physical endurance, mental strength, and strategic thinking. Like in sport, success depends on collective performance — each team member’s contribution is crucial to the final outcome. Team spirit is therefore essential to ensure operational efficiency.

What does it mean to you to see Riopele celebrate 100 years?
Celebrating Riopele’s centenary is a source of great pride. Having dedicated four decades to the company, I feel like an integral part of its history.

Throughout this journey, I have witnessed many changes, both in terms of technology and people.

If you could leave a message for Riopele’s future, what would it be?
That Riopele continues to innovate, while never forgetting that people are the heart of the factory.
